Indranil Mukherjee
General Manager Operations
Indranil brings more than three decades of experience in delivering prime value to global customers across various facets of the software industry. He has previously worked at Microsoft, Satyam Computer Services, Tech Mahindra, NIIT, Sapient, in different roles, across software education, SI, consulting, product development, infrastructure maintenance, running development centres (globally distributed delivery models), for clients ranging from Verizon, World Bank, MDeC (Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, Malaysia), British Telecom, Kroger, ITT, Publicis, and a host of others. He has deep experience in building and sustaining globally distributed teams spanning development, support, operations, and recruitment, that consistently deliver on commitments. Besides work Indranil is keen on travelling, driving, reading, and writing. He is a novelist and has published several books. He heads ImmplyCloud India.
Saurabh Agarwal
Vice President Engineering
Saurabh Agarwal is the VP of Engineering and heads the Engineering division at AnnexCloud/ ImmplyCloud. He ensures AnnexCloud Loyalty platform has the right strategy, architecture and technology to enable the product features that support our customers in the most effective and efficient way.
He has more than two decades of experience in leading technology teams creating IT strategies and delivering solutions both for product development and the IT services industries. His prior roles included COO at a data engineering and analytics startup, leading global data and compute platforms at investment banks and spearheading Java, Data and Remote Infrastructure Management center of excellence for IT Services Organization.
Saurabh has a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Head of Operations and HRD
Ravibhushan Pandav - As the Head of Operations and HRD, Ravibhushan Pandav brings a wealth of experience and expertise spanning through 18+ years in optimizing organizational efficiency and fostering Human Resource Development. With a robust academic background with an MBA in Human Resources Management from University of Pune, Ravibhushan has successfully led key initiatives across industries ranging from Information Technology, Consultancy, Manufacturing, Service & Telecom that resulted in quantifiable and measurable improvements in operational processes. He has worked for organizations like F.L.A.I.R, Panoramic Universal Limited, Sheraton Grand, E² Leisure & Pride Hotels & Resorts. Notably, Ravibhushan has spearheaded projects that streamlined workflows, enhancing overall productivity. Ravibhushan has also been awarded as "India's most Agile HR Leader by EY & ET". He has also been awarded by World HRD Congress and ET as "Top 101 HR Minds" and has recently been honored by Golden Aim and HR World EX Awards as Iconic "HR Leader" and "Employee Experience Leader" respectively.
